Location
The Subiaco Scout Hall is located at 399 Rokeby Road, Subiaco, near the corner of Nicholson Rd & Rokeby Rd, and is easily accessible by public transport.
Built in September 1930, it is an iconic Subiaco landmark and an important part of the heritage, culture and building fabric of Subiaco.
The hall is available for hire by members of the community. With a large open floorspace, a full renovated kitchen and male/female toilets, it is perfect for exercise, dance or martial arts groups, children’s parties and/or meetings.
Hire Rates
Day Rate $33 per hour
Evening Rate (after 5pm) $39 per hour
Subiaco Scout Hall Hiring Policy
The Scout Group reserves the right to conduct a random audit on hall users to ensure hall users are abiding by their hire agreement.
On acceptance by 1st Subiaco Scouts, applicants will need to sign a formal hall hire agreement and will receive instructions on access to the hall.
Terms of Payment
All payments need to be made in advance of hire.
Insurance
Scout insurance does not cover people hiring the hall. It only covers Scout related associated activities.
People hiring the hall will need to have their own indemnity insurance.
